BAR EXAM GURU’S PREDICTIONS TRACK RECORD:

February 2022 ALL five essays were on our list of predictions. This was a particularly challenging bar round to pin down the predicted areas. Why? It was challenging because there were multiple subjects that had an equal likelihood of showing up on the exam. For example: both Constitutional Law and Business Associations had an equal chance of appearing on the exam. In this situation, we provide an either or scenario. It turned out that Business Associations was tested and not Constitutional Law. This fact, informs our decisions for the July 2022 exam.

July 2021 All five essays were on our list of predicted areas, including Civil Procedure, Res Judicata and Collateral Estoppel.
