Hello Bar Takers!

We are happy to be able to say that we predicted five out of five essay subjects! Because examinees are still taking the exam, we can not publish the topics. We will publish once the National Conference of Bar Examiners give us the go ahead. I also found out that it is a violation for any examinee to share the tested topics during this time period. I was not aware of this until today. I had the pleasure of speaking with the NCBE counsel who was very helpful and gave me even more insights into how the grading process works. When you have time, you should visit their site at NCBEX.org and download their free guide. It is very informative for law students and bar examinees.
